A qualified business coach and mediator, Robin set up Eskhill & Co in 1998 after two decades as Chief Executive of one of the UK's most innovative housing and care organisations, Edinvar. Robin has a Masters with Distinction in Mediation and Conflict Resolution from University of Strathclyde and a BSc(Hons) from the University of Edinburgh in Engineering. Robin has worked in a wide range of roles including the built environment, new technology, community care and community participation. He is an experienced committee chair, an executive coach and advanced mediator and is MBTI qualified. He has held a number of non-executive positions in charitable and public bodies. He is the past Chair of Scottish Mediation and has also previously been the chair of Blackwood, ELCAP and Built Environment Forum Scotland. He has also held non- executive director positions with Lothian Health, Queen Margaret University and the Scottish Federation of Housing Associations. . He was made MBE in 2000 for services to the housing association movement and disabled people.Areas of Expertise
