In real life things do not always run smoothly. Disagreements sometimes get in the way of achievements. Yet resolving differences can be difficult. Most formal processes use adversarial or inquisitorial inquiry which is wedded to the past involving parties in tense direct negotiations, acrimonious disputes and even litigation. There are easier and more constructive ways and mediation is the most important alternative route for bringing parties together to resolve differences. Our conflict resolution services can help you solve problems, negotiate constructive outcomes and as appropriate, strengthen relationships. Lindsay Burley
Lindsay is a mediator and business coach with a background as a consultant physician and CEO in the NHS. Lindsay has also been chair of two national health boards and a mental health charity.
