Executive Coaching - Typical Programme

What happens when you contact us? First we arrange a ‘contracting and programming' session lasting a couple of hours. This free taster session allows us to get to know each other. We explain the “coaching contract” but there is no obligation on you to agree to a coaching programme. It's your chance to find out whether it's for you.

We'll meet you wherever you like. Clients usually prefer to meet at Eskhill House, enjoying the benefits of being “off site”.  However, we're happy to travel to a location of your choice (and make no additional charge for locations in Lothian).

Coaching sessions generally last between two and three hours. In addition you'll get unlimited telephone access between sessions.

All programmes are bespoke and designed to your needs. Typically there will be:

  • a contracting and programming session – an initial meeting to understand the context and objectives for a coaching programme
  • a programme of confidential coaching sessions – for example, 12 sessions of two hours over 12 months
  • regular review and evaluation of the coaching outcomes, including a debrief session at the end of the programme
  • telephone access throughout the 12-month period
  • a choice of meeting place including our retreats at Eskhill House and Mains of Rymore

Client Feedback

The sessions worked for me by leading me to make connections and see situations more clearly; homing in on the real issues – crystalizing the thinking – using thinking types; pushing me to consider the real things to be considered; and following a train of thought to a conclusion.
